All About Kate

Kate was number 3 of 3. The triplets were born the day they were because of Kate. She was squished, folded in half in the corner of my belly with no more room to grow. She was my 3 pound miracle. At a young age, even in the NICU, we could tell she was a feisty, strong willed little girl. Kate does not do what she does not want to do:)

Kate is so imaginative. She is always pretending that she is doing different things. Just the other day, she told me to get her feet wet so she could roller skate around the room. When she is eating, she will hold up her sandwich and tell me it is a spaceship. She is the ringleader and will tell Luke and Lily that they are all going to pretend to go to school together. I love her creativity.

Kate talks non stop and has great verbal skills. She also remembers every thing you say and will repeat anything you say. Her memory amazes me. She is listening to me all the time even though I don't think she is. We had been telling Luke and Lily that they were going to get potty trained when we got home from Bear Lake. As soon as we got home Kate said to Dan,"Dad, we are home from Bear Lake and Luke and Lily are still wearing diapers." Note to self-Be careful of every thing you say when she is around.

Kate basically potty trained herself in May. She will be starting at The Treehouse preschool ad is very excited. Kate is cute and spunky and I love her.
